Chiara Albertin

Senior partner

Venetian by birth, Paduan by partial adoption, dynamic and lively, she has worked in the field of human resources for more than 20. She is one of the two founding partners of 365 gradi. Over the past 10 years, she has turned her passion for fashion into a profession, working as a temporary manager in major retail companies. Today she works mainly in organizational consulting, corporate training and head hunting.

He loves sports, travel and his two cats. Besides that, she invests substantial sums in books, concerts, clothes and dinners.

Francesca Pezzotti

Senior partner

She moved from Lake Iseo to Padua, Italy, where she graduated with a degree in psychosocial and labor sciences. In 2013, she was one of the two founding partners of 365 gradi. Today she moves between HR development and international executive search. Curious and in love with her work, she believes that you never stop learning; in fact, she obtained the ACC ICF Business Coach qualification.

She divides her spare time between hiking in the mountains, sup on the lake, friends and traveling, tasting local wines and products, without forgetting her two adorable French bouledogs.

Laura Cardin

Executive assistant

After graduating from law school, she gained professional experience in the legal field, both in the public and private sectors. For the past 3 years, she has become the “operational pivot” in 365 gradi. She works in support of all administrative, consulting and internal management activities.

Collaborative and organized, she is passionate about botany and especially bonsai. She is also a great lover of animals, especially cats, video games and TV series.

Irene Buccomino

HR Consultant & Head Hunter

She started in the firm 10 years ago with a pre-graduate internship in psychology. She then maintained the study/work combination at 365 gradi where she works as a head hunter and organization project consultant. Today she holds the position of project manager for major national and international recruitment activities.

Recently the mother of a wonderful baby boy, she has always been a lover of volleyball, tennis, puzzles and TV series. She has also always dabbled in piano to the delight of friends and neighbors.

Simona Fanelli

HR Consultant & Head Hunter

Landing from Lombardy to Padua for her undergraduate studies in Psychology, she fell in love with the city and has never left it. She is passionate about human resources organization and development, with a background as an HR manager. In 365 gradi she follows head hunting, business consulting and professional training activities.

In addition to her profession, she devotes herself to her family, friends, and nurturing her lifelong passions: film, reading, and music in all its forms, dabbling in playing the piano and guitar.

Daniela Cavallo

Head Hunter

Of Apulian origin, she arrived in Padua for university studies and stayed there for love. After a bachelor’s degree in Modern Literature, she attended a master’s degree in personnel management, approaching the world of HR consulting and recruiting. She is a head hunter with a specialization in technical and middle management profiles.

In her spare time, she loves to indulge in her passions: watching a good movie, playing sports and dancing. She also loves cooking, always trying out new recipes and testing singular restaurants for inspiration.

Giulia Nicolato

Head Hunter

She joined the 365 gradi’s team 2 years ago after graduating with a degree in Psychology of Employment. Today she oversees selection and head hunting projects nationally and internationally. Precise and a lover of organization, she has quickly become a go-to person thanks to her flair for technology.

A fan of TV series, she prefers a good book to sports and the mountains to the sea, and in her spare time she loves to drink a good homemade cappuccino. Her favorite activity to relax is finding new corners of the house to arrange and organize.

Francesca Palmieri

JR Recruiter

Originally from Portocannone a small town in Molise, after graduating in Psychology in Naples she moved to Padua to specialize in Psychology of Employment.

She joined 365 gradi after a couple of experiences in human resources, and today she is in charge of supporting recruitment projects.

Curious and creative, she is part of an Urban sketcher group in Padua and is also the author of all the drawings that populate 365 gradi’s socials.

Martina Brunetti

HR Trainee

Born in a small town in Umbria, she decided to move to Padua to complete her studies in Psychology of Employment. After some post-graduate experience, she recently came to 365 gradi to learn more about personnel selection and counseling.

A lover of cats, books and psychology, she is easy to find in the office with a cup of tea in hand while working. In her free time she goes for long walks, but always with a podcast (more or less serious) in her headphones.
