Our client is a well-established company based in the Padua area, founded in the 1980s out of its founder’s passion for equipment in the foodservice industry. Today, the company employs around 50 people and designs, manufactures, and distributes Made in Italy products worldwide. Combining tradition with innovation and sustainability, it offers a wide range of high-quality products using advanced technologies and premium materials.

To support the growth of the export team, we are looking for an Export Area Manager.

Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in the Middle East, North Africa, and Francophone markets such as Belgium and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop target markets by identifying and establishing partnerships with dealers or direct clients
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships in the assigned areas
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets
  • Lead commercial negotiations with potential customers
  • Handle and renegotiate existing client relationships
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs and industry events, including co-branded initiatives
  • Identify new clients through follow-ups and development of a new customer portfolio

Requirements:

  • At least 3–4 years of experience as an Area Manager in a B2B company
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French; Arabic is a plus
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

To support the growth of the Purchasing Department, we are looking for a Category Buyer.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the selected professional will be responsible for the end-to-end purchasing process, with a particular focus on supplier scouting and negotiation, aiming to optimize the overall buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout new suppliers and evaluate existing ones
  • Negotiate prices, quality standards, delivery times, and payment terms
  • Implement and manage a vendor rating system
  • Prepare and manage the purchasing budget
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
  • Analyze the supply chain to identify and implement process improvements
  • Manage medium- to long-term relationships with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a technical or economic field
  • Previous experience in purchasing technical components in structured companies and managing complex negotiations
  • Familiarity with subcontracting or consignment stock processes
  • Knowledge of product cost structures and cost breakdown analysis
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good command of English

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in the commercial furniture sector, serving major Retail and GDO clients both in Italy and abroad. With over 200 employees and a turnover of approximately €65 million, the company is now expanding its sales team.

We are looking for an Export Area Manager, ideally with experience in retail furniture, contract, GDO, or GDS sectors.

Reporting directly to General Management, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing the food and non-food retail furniture market in the UK and other countries, depending on their language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout new markets and clients in the food and non-food retail furniture sectors
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships
  • Manage and grow the sales network (agents, dealers, distributors, architectural or design firms)
  • Organize meetings with potential new clients
  • Participate in site visits to analyze and define space layouts
  • Oversee commercial site management during installation and setup phases
  • Prepare quotations and/or product configurations in collaboration with the Technical Department

Requirements:

As part of a strategic transformation of the Controlling Department, we are looking for a Branch Controller who will support the implementation of global controlling tools and procedures, monitor financial performance of foreign subsidiaries, and contribute to group-level consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise management control activities in foreign production and commercial branches
  • Support the implementation of control procedures defined by the headquarters
  • Ensure the correct application of the Group's accounting and control policies
  • Analyze the financial and economic performance of the branches and identify areas for improvement
  • Prepare periodic reports for both local and central management
  • Collaborate with the Business Controller at headquarters to consolidate financial data
  • Facilitate the harmonization of processes across different subsidiaries
  • Provide support during period-end closings and in the preparation of budgets

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in controlling roles, preferably in international environments

Main responsabilities:

  • Develop the purchasing budget for the assigned commodities, defining the procurement strategy;
  • Scout and select new suppliers while maintaining ongoing relationships with existing ones;
  • Define and manage contracts governing supplier activities, including updating purchasing price lists;
  • Conduct negotiations with suppliers, establishing purchasing conditions and promoting cost-reduction initiatives;
  • Provide cost analysis for new products and select the most suitable suppliers based on project specifications;

Main responsibilities:

  • develop KPI to monitoring business performance;
  • make recurring reports;
  • support budgeting and forecasting process;
