Fiorese Group, in Rossano Veneto (TV), has been operating for over 60 years, specialising in various sectors: fuels, lubricants, environmental services and energy supply.

The training project ‘From communication to inclusiveness’ was created to raise awareness and train all Fiorese Group employees on the importance of accepting diversity, gender equality and building inclusive corporate communication. Through practical activities and guided reflection, participants worked on developing skills to recognise and overcome stereotypes and prejudices.
The ultimate goal was to encourage a corporate culture based on respect, fairness and collaboration, thereby contributing to organisational well-being and collective success.
In October 2024, in collaboration with Management and the HR Department, a training programme was designed that brought together all employees from the various divisions and departments, creating homogeneous groups based on roles, levels and sector of origin.
On five different Tuesdays, in the ethical and informal setting of Villa Abrizzi Marini in San Zenone degli Ezzelini (TV), we organised training sessions involving all staff across the board to discuss “hot” topics ranging from communication to inclusivity.
Lo abbiamo fatto passando dal serio al faceto: attraverso momenti di didattica frontale, divertenti giochi d’aula, lavori di gruppo e role playing, ponendo l’accento sull’importanza di andare oltre gli stereotipi, di comprendere che il valore della nostra comunicazione risiede non solo in ciò che diciamo, ma soprattutto in ciò che arriva agli altri. È stato importante e interessante vedere persone, con vissuti personali e professionali molto diversi, lasciarsi coinvolgere e diventare protagoniste di momenti di condivisione molto forti e anche di spaccati di ilare convivenza aziendale. In ogni sessione, i partecipanti hanno reinterpretato i concetti teorici proposti calandoli nella loro realtà professionale e nella vita quotidiana, trasformandoli così in strumenti concreti e personali, utili per affrontare sfide e migliorare il clima di lavoro.
We did this by switching between serious and light-hearted approaches: through classroom teaching, fun classroom games, group work and role playing, emphasising the importance of going beyond stereotypes and understanding that the value of our communication lies not only in what we say, but above all in what others understand.
It was important and interesting to see people with very different personal and professional backgrounds get involved and become protagonists of moments of intense sharing and even of moments of hilarious corporate coexistence. In each session, participants reinterpreted the theoretical concepts proposed, applying them to their professional reality and daily life, thus transforming them into concrete and personal tools, useful for facing challenges and improving the working environment.
