Team Building in 365 gradi

Company

365 gradi, a Padua-based company that provides business consulting in the field of human resources with activities ranging from HR recruiting and executive search to training management, in-company HR organisational and business coaching.

Goal

The goal of the meeting was to focus on the youngest part of the staff (in terms of both age and seniority) to explore the dynamics of work organisation and roles and responsibilities in the company. With this in mind, we planned a training session supported by a psychologist expert in relational dynamics for the junior members of the 365 gradi team and then, at the end of the day, a swim in the sea and dinner on the beach together with all the staff members.

Activities

We introduced the programme to the participants and asked them to present themselves through drawings, telling their personal and professional stories. Since all, or almost all, of them are first-time employees, during the initial presentation the meanings that emerged as related to the professional field and those related to 365 gradi mostly overlapped.

The first part of the training focused on the group dimension: people tested themselves in the collaborative game ‘Z’. 

The second part of the training focused on the individual dimension and one’s own way of behaving in work contexts. 

 

The meeting concluded with a feedback round and some reflections on how the insights gained during the activity can be used in one’s personal and professional life.

Finally, to close the training day with a moment of sharing and relaxation, we organised an afternoon at the beach with a dinner by the sea together with all the group’s company representatives.

Conclusions

The group was open and generous in sharing their experiences, showing a great willingness to learn and explore. The insights that emerged were listened to by all with attention and the critical points received with interest and curiosity.
