Business Coaching

Coaching is a methodology that accelerates human resources development processes: the coachee, i.e. the person receiving the training, is accompanied in becoming more aware of his or her own competences and the tools at his or her disposal.
At 365 gradi we use a structured and flexible business coaching approach, aimed at supporting the development of skills and performance enhancement of the individual or group.

We structure business coaching pathways that support organisations and coachees to better manage their resources and achieve business goals. We also offer team coaching sessions, designed according to corporate, personal or team goals.
For each course, we work with ICF-accredited coaches or registered psychologists in accordance with a code of ethics that guarantees professionalism, expertise and confidentiality.
