Our client is the Italian subsidiary of a Japanese multinational group, specialized in air conditioning business. The Italian plant have 430 employees and a turnover of over 230 million euros.
For the Purchasing team, composed of eight members, we are looking for a COMMODITY BUYER
Main responsabilities:
- Develop the purchasing budget for the assigned commodities, defining the procurement strategy;
- Scout and select new suppliers while maintaining ongoing relationships with existing ones;
- Define and manage contracts governing supplier activities, including updating purchasing price lists;
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers, establishing purchasing conditions and promoting cost-reduction initiatives;
- Provide cost analysis for new products and select the most suitable suppliers based on project specifications;
- Support and collaborate with various company departments during new product development or when solving business-related issues.
Requirements:
- Educational background in a technical or economic field;
- 2–6 years of experience in the purchasing department of metalworking manufacturing companies;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Willingness to travel locally for day trips to visit nearby suppliers.
Soft skills:
- Proactivity and experience managing relationships and negotiations with suppliers;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and teamwork abilities;
- Market awareness and sensitivity to industry trends.

Our client is the Italian subsidiary of a Japanese multinational group, specialized in air conditioning business. The Italian plant have 430 employees and a turnover of over 230 million euros.
For the control system unit we are looking for a Sales Engineer to be part of the Sales and Marketing Team.
Main responsibilities:
- support the sales network providing technical information about products and tools;
- choose the products technical specifications and make tests and simulations;
- write the technical sales proposal with required documentation;
- verify the consistency beetween the sales needs and the technical requests;
- collaborate with the other departments involved;
- support the area manager and client during the trial phase.
Requirements:
- engineering degree or a technical high school diploma, preferably in mechanical or energy-related fields;
- at least one year of experience as a sales engineer or in roles related to electrical or electronic fields;
- good knowledge of english language;
- experience with office 365 tools;
- availability to occasional business trips.

For the controlling department we are looking for a Business Controller with the aim of defining and structuring models and tools for global management control, supervising both the SPA and the consolidated balance sheet of the group.
Main responsibilities:
- design and implant a new integrated management control system;
- manage the control system;
- make and analyze the consolidated financial statement;
- develop KPI to monitoring business performance;
- make recurring reports;
- support budgeting and forecasting process;
- analyze variance and submit corrective actions
- collaboration with colleagues of subsidiaries financial departments.
Requirements:
- economic or financial or engineer degree;
- 5 years of experience as controller in international manufacturing company;
- SAP user is preferential;
- good knowledge of english;
- good knowledge with IFRS or GAAP principles;
- experience with excel and BI system;
- availability to occasional business trips.
